We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, revenue increases, lead volume, search rankings, or business performance.

2. No Guarantees Or Warranties

All Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CC Marketing Solutions expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.

Marketing performance, website functionality, and consulting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, third-party platforms, client decisions, and external technologies.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CC Marketing Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to the Services.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to CC Marketing Solutions for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

4. Marketing & Consulting Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that business consulting and marketing involve inherent risks and uncertainties. Decisions made based on our recommendations are your responsibility.

CC Marketing Solutions shall not be held liable for:

  • Financial loss or missed opportunities

  • Decreased performance or visibility

  • Platform penalties or algorithm changes

  • Advertising account suspensions

  • Decisions made by third-party vendors or platforms

5. Web Design & Technical Disclaimer

While we take reasonable steps to ensure quality and reliability, CC Marketing Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, error-free code, or compatibility with all devices, browsers, or third-party systems.

We are not responsible for:

  • Hosting failures

  • Security breaches caused by third parties

  • Plugin, theme, or software conflicts

  • Data loss caused by hosting providers, client actions, or third-party services

6. Data Loss And Backups

Clients are solely responsible for maintaining backups of all data, content, and materials. CC Marketing Solutions shall not be liable for loss, corruption, or deletion of data under any circumstances.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Maintain access credentials securely

  • Review deliverables promptly

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner

  • Final deliverables become the client's property upon full payment

  • CC Marketing Solutions retains the right to display non-confidential work in portfolios and marketing materials

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or non-public information disclosed during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools or platforms. CC Marketing Solutions is not responsible for the performance, security, pricing, or availability of third-party services.

11. Payment & Fees

All fees are due as outlined in the agreed documentation. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate Services in accordance with the agreed documentation. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CC Marketing Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
